High Commitment and High Performance (HCHP) Team
Goal of the HCHP Team:
The HCHP Team aims to learn and grow together with respecting each other and other Teams in order to optimize learning insights and acquire maximum score together.
Objectives of HCHP Team:
a) To respect each other and other Teams to enhance collective learning;
b) To ensure sincerity in individual and team work in order to perform and learn better;
c) To enhanced collective analytical skills, judgments and constructive comments in order to internalized the learning and develop skill, attitude and competencies for applied knowledge.

Major Responsibilities:
a) Leader:
· to coordinate all the activities;
· to ensure that all get chances to talk and represent groups;
· to ensure that all have their due and rights roles to play;
· to build team spirit and ensure High Commitment and High Performance (HCHP);
· to facilitate team work and give the facilitation role by rotation;
· to ensure participation and involvement of the team mates in all learning exercise;
· to ensure timely preparation of the group-presentation and rehearsal for presentation
b) Facilitator:
· To facilitate the Team Work;
· To make sure that all supporting materials ready for the Team works;
· To ensure team spirit
c) Logistics:
· To arrange and request the fellow Team Mates to arrange needed materials for the group presentation;
· To ensure team spirit

d) Presenter
· To present on behalf of the Team;
· To acknowledge contribution from the team and thanks other Teams for their comments and feedback;
· To invite fellow team members for any left out ideas.
